Product Training
Phoenix Systems offers Product training in several formats. Training can be provided at our Training Facility, or at a customer location.
Classroom Courses - Instructor Led
These are usually one-day classes, to teach the functionality and implementation of a specific Syspro module, such as General Ledger, Sales Order Entry, Work In Process, and Report Writing Tools.
Workshops - Instructor Led
Workshops are usually 3 or 4 days, to teach the functionality, implementation and integration of a suite of modules, for a large functional area.
Workshops are available for Manufacturing, Distribution, Financial, CRM and Business Analytics
Customized Training for a Customer
We will customize our courses for your specific requirement for an individual or a small group.
Seminars
Free half-day seminars are held to present areas or solutions of interest to the SME market place, such as Business Process Reviews, Business Intelligence, and Document Management
Training events are scheduled on a regular basis or as demand requires.
