Phoenix Systems provides Optio software for managing document flow, SYSPRO CRM software for managing relationships with supporters and clients, and onsite technical services.

    SYSPRO CRM (Customer relationship management) software lets users track and manage all customer touch points - these can be with donors or clients. Donor correspondence, status, programs, marketing initiatives, and calls can all be monitored and tracked. This ensures that support staff all work together to achieve the goals of the Charity.

    Due to the need to rely on funding it can be difficult to maintain in-house IT support staff. Phoenix Systems provides a solid technical support team that can answer and deal with questions and IT planning as issues arise. This ensures that staff time is spent in-front of clients rather than behind computers trying to fix them.
